How long does the game last?

Our Games last for 1 hour in total. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled start time for a briefing before the games begin!

What about my belongings?

We provide lockers to keep your personal belongings safe while you enjoy the games. Mobile phones must not be brought into the rooms and can be left in the lockers.

Do I need to print my booking confirmation?

Nope! You can show us your booking confirmation on your smart device – have some ID too so we can verify that you are who you say you are.

Is the game wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, our games are located on the first floor of a building and are accessible by staircase only. We do hope in future to have a wheelchair accessible room, so stay tuned!

I'm Claustrophobic / Hard of Hearing / Visually-impaired?

Our games are heavily reliant on visual & audio cues and may be very challenging for anyone with the aforementioned conditions. Also, some parts of our game may affect those suffering from claustrophobia.

Are the games suitable for children?

The games are designed to be enjoyed by children aged 6 and over. The games are not recommended for children younger than 6, even with supervision of an adult.

What happens if I'm delayed?

Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to run your game. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. You may cancel or modify your booking up to one day before the scheduled game. See full policy in our Terms & Conditions (section 5).
