What is this?
In each experience, you will be locked inside for a designated amount of time while you and your team try to figure out how to escape. The rooms contain clues, trap doors, and hidden items.
I don't want to sign the Accident waiver and release of liability form can I play or get my money back?
Each player must sign the “Accident waiver and release of liability form” before playing. Making an online booking involves agreeing to sign the “Accident waiver and release of liability form”.
In the event of refusal to sign or lack of signature of the minor’s guardian, the person or the entire team will not be allowed to play without the possibility of a refund. A copy of the form can be downloaded here
If I’m late, can I still play?
As we’re running a pretty tight schedule, please do your best to not be late. We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time.

Is the game wheel chair accessible?
Unfortunately, our games are located on the first floor of a building and are accessible by staircase only. We do hope in future to have a wheelchair accessible room, so stay tuned!
How many people can play at once?
Usually a team of 2 to 10 people.
We have 3 rooms so the maximum number of players is 26 people. (rooms are different sizes)

Do I need a reservation?
Yes. All players must be booked

I'm ClaustrophobiC Hard of Hearing/visually-impaired?
Our games are heavily reliant on visual & audio cues and may be very challenging for anyone with the aforementioned conditions.
Also, some parts of our game may affect those suffering from claustrophia.
Are there age restrictions to attend?
The games are designed to be enjoyed by children of ages 7 years and over. The games are not recommended for children younger than 7, even with supervision of an adult.
How long before my scheduled time do I need to arrive?
Our Games last for 1 hour in total. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled start time for a briefing before the games begin!
Do I need to Print out my Booking Confirmation?
Nope! You can show us your booking confirmation on your smart device – have some ID too so we can verify that you are who you say you are.
What About my Belongings?
We provide lockers to keep your personal belongings safe while you enjoy the games. Mobile Phones must not be brought into the rooms and can be left in the lockers.
